Learn moreWho we are
Keystone Plumbing started with one truck and a simple promise: treat every home like it's our own. Fifteen years later that hasn't changed.
The people behind the trucks
When you call, you reach one of us — not a call center. Same faces, every visit.
Owner · Master Plumber
Licensed Master Plumber · 20+ years
Tom started Keystone in 2009 with one truck. He still runs calls most days and trains every tech who wears the Keystone shirt.

Keeps the schedule honest
Sara is the voice on the other end of the phone. She makes sure you get a real window, a real quote, and a callback when we say.
Lead Service Technician
Journeyman Plumber · 9 years
Mike handles the trickiest diagnostics and the late-night emergencies. If a pipe's hiding a problem, he'll find it.
Install Technician
Water heaters & remodels
Dale runs our bigger installs — water heaters, repipes, and bathroom rough-ins — and leaves every job site spotless.
Upfront pricing
We quote every job before we start. Here's a sense of where common work lands.
Diagnosis and quote — credited toward the repair.
Most drains, faucets, toilets, and leaks.
Water heaters, remodels, and larger jobs.
Final pricing depends on the specific job — every quote is confirmed before work begins.
From the neighborhood
“Our water heater died on the coldest night of the year. Keystone had someone out before 8am and hot water back by noon. Fair price, no drama.”
“They fixed a leak two other plumbers misdiagnosed. Honest, tidy, and they explained everything. We won't call anyone else.”
“Showed up on time, wore boot covers in the house, and the bill matched the quote exactly. Rare these days.”
